Who is Jon Graboff?
He is a pedal steel guitarist. Right now he plays with Ryan Adams and The Cardinals. He also has mighty fine taste in footwear, and is a pretty fly dresser.
Why.
Because one time I saw Ryan Adams and The Cardinals and I had a conversation like this:
Really Tall Radiohead fans: Can you see?
Birdcage: Not really.
RTRFs: Let us change places! Now can you see?
Birdcage: I can see Jon Graboff!
RTRFs: *indulgent laugh*
Only I wasn’t joking.
Also, on SNL two days ago they kept showing commercials that had dudes who looked like Jon Graboff. Really now, the man is an icon. The time has come to acknowledge that.
